3. Fatigue and weakness
In most cases of potassium deficiency, fatigue is a known symptom. What do you think is the relationship of fatigue to potassium deficiency? Other than that, there is one more factor here. When there is a lack of potassium and oxygen, your heart is forced to pump blood faster. This puts pressure on your veins and arteries. It can burn tons of calories. As a result, you lose a lot of energy in the process. When you run out of energy, you are left with a tired and exhausted body.
